Hal and Margie Takier were vigorous supporters of the Lindy and West Coast Swing dance scene in the LA area and were a major force is ‘keeping swing going’ in those years when swing dancing was waning. They were original Champion of Champions at the Phoenix convention and supported many events for many years.
